Rookie Srixon Tour Player Ryan Williams prevails in the valley! First year player Ryan Williams prevailed as the winner of this weeks Lower Mainland Srixon Tour event at Chilliwack Golf & Country Club on Monday. Firing an impressive score of 67 in his maiden win on any tour, Williams vaulted his way up to #4 on the Srixon Tour Order of Merit standings. A tie for second place in the field went to Fraser Mulholland and Bryn Parry of Seymour Creek Golf Center, both shooting 68. Parry still holds a comfortable lead of almost $1,000 in the Order of Merit standings over second place Mulholland and third place Phil Jonas. ON this our eighth event on the Srixon Tour, Srixon clamied the ownership on the ball count with 22 out of 43 players playing the ball. |
